Mr. Daniel Danny Mtebule, admitted as an Attorney in 2009, brings a robust legal foundation to X-Impo. He holds a B.Proc Degree from the University of Limpopo and is currently advancing his legal acumen with an LLM degree in Labour Law from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
With over 20 years of experience, Daniel is a seasoned expert in various legal and compliance domains. His deep understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations provides X-Impo with a unique advantage, allowing us to serve as proficient Safety Agents for construction sites, industrial plants, and factory environments. Furthermore, his expertise extends to:
- Professional dispute mediation
- Compliance with the Labour Relations Act
- Labour force structuring
- Section 43 (NEMA) act objection application compliance in terms of the National Environmental Management Act
